mmmm...mmmmm...good.

especially on a cold winter night...like tonight -

while sitting listening to Nora Joans and working on the website...

so what that it has - like a  tablespoon of salt in it.

it's all noodle-ly and warm...

and whoops! - sloppy as heck to eat.

(note to self:  do not try to type while slurping noodles....wiping down the keyboard...)
