Fanciful Fusing - Silver Workshop
Completely beautiful and all yours in one fun-filled afternoon. Take your jewelry making skills to the next level with this great pendant and earring class taught by Sue Quinque. Students will learn to work in heavy gauge fine silver - and learn how to shape, mold, hammer, patina, and pierce the silver using a variety of techniques. After learning pendant and earring - students will then be able to take the matching bracelet class. Class size extremely limited - so sign up early!

Silver fusing is a simple technique that uses a butane microtorch and fine silver. This great technique allows you to create and customize your own chains, rings, earrings, connectors and much more! With this technique, you can instantly have the pieces you are looking for and truly customize your designs. Best of all - there are no harsh chemicals or soldering involved. This great beginner class will have you shape and fuse simple rings and balled headpins into two great earring designs. Wear them home by the end of class and amaze you friends and family! Your creativity will skyrocket with this amazing technique. Let's fire up the torches girls!

Camelot - Loop In Loop Hand-made Chain
Calling all you silver fusers - this intermediate silver fusing class is just for you!
Done in the days of Kings and Queens, this is the oldest known chain making technique. Let Ellen show you how to fashion your fused rings into this most beautiful and interesting hand-made chain. Be sure to bring your fusing tools! 4 hours.

Glass Fusing - the possibilities are endless!
Dichroic Glass Fusing.
Let Sharon show you the secrets of arranging and layering pretty dichroic pieces to make multiple pendants in one short class!
This beautiful glass was originally created by NASA for the aerospace industry, specifically for use in satellite optics and spacesuit visors. Dichroic glass is meticulously created in a vacuum chamber using multiple micro-layers of metal oxides that result in giving the glass unique optical properties. Each "dichro" glass has the amazing capability of transmitting and reflecting different colors depending on the wavelengths of light reflecting off or passing through it. Colors also shift depending on how and at what angle the glass if viewed.
Please note that the projects will not be ready to go home at the end of class because they need to be fused in a kiln, but can be picked up after the firing process. Spacesuits optional.
