Dear Buttercup Beaders -
Carlie & I want to wish everyone a very blessed and peace-filled Holiday season, filled of course, with family and friends.
We hope that your are currently nearing the finish line of last minute shopping, wrapping, and baking - and will find time soon to sit quietly under the soft glow of shimmering lights, with a warm cup of cocoa and a cozy blanket.
We also want to take the time to thank you again for all of your continued support throughout the year - we feel blessed that our Buttercup Family has grown so much over the last two years. We've made so many unbelievable friendships, and have had so much fun getting to know you as well as your families. Buttercup is Buttercup - only because of all of you. We thank you for that.
I am on my way out the door now to return a few things, get some more wrapping paper and last minute items. The official December newsletter didn't happen - You'll have to forgive me - Life just kept interfering...but all in good and busy ways...eh, it happens.
Lots of good things planned (in my head at least) for January and the new year ahead - so stay tuned..."I'm dancing as fast as I can..."
A couple Reminders - Gift Certificates are still 15% off - We are open regular hours, Wed 12/23 from 10 - 6pm for all those still looking for last minute gifts.
We will be CLOSED on Dec 24 and Dec 25, and then again for Dec 31 and Jan 1. We're gonna lay around and get fat. (well, more fat anyway.)
Speaking of getting FAT - Come January - all us fatties are going to start the Buttercup Biggest Loser Campaign - $25. ante gets you in the fatty club, and then at the end - the biggest loser - based on their BMI Index - will get the whole pot! We will do a weekly weigh in. Volunteers welcome. Details to follow. So enjoy those cookies now fatties...
Anyway - that's it for now - Gotta go wrestle Christmas to the ground now....or else I will suffer the wrath of Carlie! (She still thinks shes on the good girl list... But we all know better.)(Got the bucket of coal sitting right here...) heh. heh. heh.
Happy Holidays Everyone!
~Andrea & Carlie
