Greetings, My Fine Buttercup Beaders!
Buttercup Beads store pic

This month, I thought I would spruce the place up a bit with a brand new look. This new email program will let me add cool pics, and fonts, and borders to let you get some sneak peeks at what's new and happening at Buttercup Beads!

Let's see how much I can figure out in one sitting...

~hold tight now - the ride might be a bit bumpy until I get the hang of this...
Welcome to my Head~
Christian Louboutin black Louboutin shoes
"It was the best and worst of times...."

Hmmm...I think that line is an opening line from some famous book that I haven't read yet - or maybe I did - but forgot all the rest of the material. {Shrugging my shoulders - Eh, it happens.} For some reason it popped into my head just now, and I'm not exactly sure I even know why. At any rate - it's as good a line to start with as any - so I might as well run with it.

As you already know, this is a brand new way for me to communicate with you about what is new and happening at the store. I mean, I really like the "idea" of it - but at the same time - it feels a bit more like trying on a new pair of great shoes after a long summer season. The thought of wearing a pretty new pair of jazzy new heels is pulling at me - tempting me to squeeze my fat hippy-free toes into a space that I haven't explored in....ah, quite a while...

Sigh...still - I don't know...(looking around)

Remember, I said I like the "idea" of it..which is what I meant by these are the "best of times...."

The old email way was good. Breezy - comfortable, easy, functional...

But this program still feels a little too tight and uncomfortable and way too new - certainly not broken in by any means... After playing with it for a little bit now - I'm not sure If I want to try it on...I mean, my head is all over it - but my toes are sorta screaming to leave things alone. Let them be. There is nothing wrong with the way things are...

And that is what I meant by these are the "worst of times..."

It is pretty though, eh?

Ah well, as every girl knows, fashion always wins over comfort...so I think we both know who is going to win out over this little battle now - even if it does cost a little more...

And so, grabbing the shoe horn - squeezing my piggies in - here we go!
